Their strings are real good, until they aren't. When the fail miserably, trying to to get help, replacements or any other actions, forget it. I tried their contact site and weeks later, nothing. I will not be ordering anything else. I found a better company with more caring employees.

You happened to send us your email during a short period when we were closed for the holidays, and we mistakenly overlooked your message when catching up on emails. Sorry about the delay and inconvenience. We normally reply within 24 hours. Breakage doesn't happen too often with our strings, but we replace any broken string for free no questions asked.
We just packed up a replacement mandolin string for you and included a complimentary set. We'll email you the tracking shortly.

Quality build and quality sound! Absolutely gonna get strings for my guitar and banjo.
I put Woodtones on my beginner Loar 310 - nice mando but definitely a very basic one. I was surprised and very please with the woody, resonant tone the new Woodtones rendered! Quite happy with this strings, and plan tonput then in mt Eastman next restringing.
Received these strings today and just put em on!! And Man!! My mandolin came to life.Even being brand new they sound great in a couple of days when they settle in they'll sound even better and they feel great was playing light gauge but the volume wasn't there. Thank you for these will definitely get em from now on!Cheers from North Carolina!!
These strings have the EXACT tone I was wanting for chop rhythm,not too bright, just right amount of warmth and clarity, a nice "woody" tone. Very happy customer!

I just tried these for the first time on my main Gibson mandolin. I have been using the same strings for years but felt like trying something new this go around. After a lot of play over the last three days, I've grown to really like the way these Woodtone mandolin strings sound. They deliver a warm tone and I like the way they play and feel. I would definitely order more.
