Woodtone Bluegrass Series Acoustic Guitar Strings are gauged halfway between lights and mediums. This set is also mid-tension for extra tone and volume to cut through the mix at bluegrass jams.

We designed these strings to have a warm and traditional tone for playing bluegrass music.

This set of strings features a precision wound phosphor bronze wire that is drawn around a hexagonally shaped high-carbon steel core to maintain proper tension and balance across all strings. Each string is lightly coated to ensure maximum string life without sacrificing tone.

Haven’t been able to use this string because it was never shipped nor mailed to my house.

We checked on this with you via email and we figured out that your strings were shipped January 20th and they were delivered to your mailbox where your regular mail is delivered January 25th. We appreciate your 5 star review on our Country Series strings the other day!

Great sound and feel

These strings bring out the best and truest sound of my D-18. The volume is huge and they feel great. These'll roar and whisper. We'll see how long they last, but these are the best sounding PB string's I've heard right out of the package. No mellowing period. Definitely buying then again!
