At first I had to get used to the larger size for playing guitar. I have a similar size (though more rounded edge) for playing mandolin. For acoustic guitar I have been using Fender mediums for a while and heavy before that. I have been using the vintage tone triangle picks now for a couple of weeks and love them for the amazing sound I am getting on my old rosewood back and sides, Adirondack spruce acoustic. They seem great for flatpicking and for rhythm they are amazing. I prefer the .71 pick and also got the .96 to try. I may get the other sizes too and check them out. I’ll be playing these for years to come. Thanks!

These picks are the perfect size for Flatpicking. They produce excellent tone as well.
I would like them to be a little thicker, around 1.15mm. I don’t like my pick to flex as it slows me down.

Absolutely love these picks. They are easier to hold and have a great sound with minimal string (click). 100% recommend

The set with three different thicknesses is really ideal and covers a variety of situations. They feel good in the fingers and ring out a good, even tone for flat-picking and strumming, especially when used with Woodtone strings!

Great sound on these strings. Feel good too. They really compliment the sound on my Rosewood Martin. I usually don’t like coated strings but these aren’t over done. Give them a try…..

Best 0.71mm flat pick I have ever used. Mates perfectly well with the Woodtone strings.

I like the feel and the sound the pick elicits, but that size pick is too big for me. I’ve been using a bluechip tpr and the new martin pick both of which are slightly smaller that your pick. Offer that size and I’ll order more

I like the feel of these picks. I’ve only been playing guitar for just over a year. I love ‘old-time cowboy’ music, so purchased the Woodtone ‘Country’ strings. Really like the sound. I bought the sample pack of picks with my last string purchase. I’m using the 0.71mm pick, really like the feel. But what I most like the wider size. I gave big hands and the standard size picks I started with seem to slip in my fingers. These don’t, and I’ll be ordering more, soon as the border re-opens. And I really like the idea of dealing with a company that’s really focused on their products.

These woodtone picks are great. I’ve been strictly a Blue Chip pick user for years and the Woodtone picks are the first ones I’ve tried that are comparable. There’s a slight tonal difference between the two but honestly if you blindfolded me I can’t say for sure I could tell the difference. At 1/15th the price of a Blue Chip pick I might be ready to make a change.

Very happy customer. Best tone of all picks I have tried, and I have tried a lot. I’m sold on these for playing country and bluegrass — warm and classic tone that I’ve been after for my flatpicking. So far I’ve tried the .71 thickness but will be trying the other two thicknesses for a compare. Great job Woodtone!! Very impressed with these.
