Once we receive any goods you send back to us, we will process your return or exchange within 3 business days.
Return & Exchange privileges are available only to the original purchaser and are non-transferrable.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
We are happy to offer refunds for all products in new, unopened condition regardless of the reason for their return, within 90 days of purchase.
We offer an ironclad guarantee on all products we sell, so if any products you receive from us are deemed to be faulty in any way, they may be returned for a refund regardless of condition for up to one year after the date of purchase. We stand by our products, so if you put on a string set which doesn’t perform to your satisfaction, you may return the used strings to us and we will still offer you a replacement or refund.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE EXCHANGED?
We are happy to exchange all products that are in new, unopened condition. Products can be exchanged for any other items we sell, within 90 days of purchase.
If the value of your returned products is greater than the value of the products you wish to exchange them for, we will issue a partial refund for any remaining balance to your original method of payment.
We cannot offer exchanges for products of greater total value that the items you return to us. If you wish to do so, we will issue you a refund for the products you return, and you are welcome to place a new order for any other items at your discretion.
WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received and inspected your return.
Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
